Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan includes one room, real-time sync, a fullscreen viewer, and color-coded countdown timers. No credit card is required to get started.
How does monthly vs annual billing work?
Pro and Business are available on monthly or annual billing. Annual plans are billed once per year and save 20% compared to paying monthly for twelve months.
Can I upgrade or change plans later?
Yes. Pro workspaces can upgrade to Business from workspace settings. To move to a lower tier, cancel your current subscription first — access continues until the end of your billing period, then you can choose a different plan.
What is the Single-Event Pass?
The Single-Event Pass is a one-time $29 purchase that unlocks Business-level features for 30 days. It is ideal for conferences or one-off productions where you do not need an ongoing subscription.
Do all team members share the same plan?
Yes. Plans apply to the whole organization. Every member of a workspace shares the same limits for rooms, timers, connections, and team seats.
Do viewers or presenters need a paid account?
No. Only people who create and manage rooms need to sign in. Anyone with the viewer or controller link can join without an account.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel a recurring subscription from your workspace billing settings. You keep paid features until the end of the current billing period, then the workspace returns to Free limits.
What is your refund policy?
We offer a 14-day refund policy if the product has not been used within this period. Contact us at [email protected] with your workspace name and invoice details to request a refund.
Can I get a refund for tax/VAT?
Tax and VAT are calculated and collected at checkout based on your billing location. We cannot refund tax amounts separately from the underlying subscription charge. If you believe tax was applied incorrectly, email us with your invoice details and we will review it with our payment provider.
If I cancel my yearly plan, do I get a refund for the remaining months?
No. When you cancel an annual subscription, there is no prorated refund for unused months. Your workspace keeps paid features until the end of the current billing year, then returns to Free limits.
Do you offer discounts for non-profit organizations?
Yes. We offer a 25% discount for registered non-profit organizations. Contact us at [email protected] with proof of non-profit status.
